Terms of Sale
All purchases from The Wholesome Doctor (TWD) using any online platform including this site (“website”) is governed by the policies and any terms on the website and these terms of sale. The policies and terms on the website and these terms of sale constitute an agreement between you (the user of the site) (“You”, “Your”) and TWD.
Please read them carefully. Your purchase from this site indicates your acceptance of these terms of sale. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms of sale. Your submittal of any purchase order through the website indicates acceptance of these terms of sale. These terms of sale shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by TWD. TWD reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms of sale at any time. All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are processed in Australian dollars.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TWD reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre- approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. TWD provides goods to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by TWD. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided.
The delivery times provided by TWD are estimates only. TWD will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please note that during any promotional periods whereby we receive a high volume of orders, please allow extra time to receive your order. We will make every effort to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, although delays are to be expected. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. TWD will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Acceptance of Goods
You are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us in accordance with our Returns Policy should there be a fault.
Delivery within Australia
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed on weekends or on a public holiday will be dispatched next business day.

$25.00 DHL international express
Standard Australia post shipments will be delivered via e-parcel. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Australia post will never leave the parcel unattended. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm mon-fri. TWD reserves the right to withhold shipments whilst pending confirmation of the recipient’s delivery address, payment details or proof of identification.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider that there might be delay during peak & holiday periods due to volume.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped overseas may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with you (the customer).
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to TWD in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received and in original packaging. Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
You may return your TWD order for a refund or credit voucher before an order has been sent. If TWD agrees to return an item that has been shipped, the returned items must be unopened, unmarked, unused and in original packaging.
All items are checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are used, show signs of wear or have been opened and not in original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
How To Return
You may submit your return via writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given an address to return your item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will receive an email.
Once we send you an email asking you to return your item, you are responsible for the postage costs of the item. You must also track the item in case the item goes missing during transit. We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit and that do not arrive back to TWD. If an item does not arrive back to TWD, no refund will be provided.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered or the item if damaged when it arrives, please immediately contact us at email@example.com
Your refund will be credited to the credit card or account used to make the original order. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we are not responsible for this delay.
If you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new credit voucher valid for 6 months and redeemable online. Sale items may be returned for a credit voucher only.
